This is a hands-on workshop. By the end of class you will have created your own sculpture. You will also understand the mold making process to turn your sculpture into a bronze masterpiece, or into numerous other materials such as plaster, cement, acrylic or look-like bronze resin.
Participants should bring photos, drawings or ideas of a face, figure or abstract design they wish to create. Don’t have an idea? Materials will be available to stimulate!
After this class you should consider the follow-up class: Introduction to Mold Making
Supplies: Clay, modeling tools and armatures will be available for purchase. Depending on size, your materials cost may be from $15 to $50.
