The exhibit is ongoing through May with and opening reception on Thursday, February 26th from 5:00 to 8:30 pm at Wang’s in the Desert and is free and open to the public. Wang’s in the Desert is located at 424 S. Indian S. Indian Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA Phone: 760-325-9264.

The Palm Springs Animal Shelter and AIDS Assistance Program will host a pet adoption and a fine art silent auction during the reception with 20% of all proceeds split between the two organizations. There will be a cash bar and Wang’s will be serving up tasty appetizers for guests.

IncredibleArtist.Com founder Rick Pantele noted, “Bringing together these extremely worthy organizations with Wangs’s in the Desert is a perfect alliance allowing pets to find loving homes and supporting the HIV/Aids Community. It’s not just about raising funds, but exposure as well. The last two events combined raised close to $3000 and signed up new volunteers and my goal is to exceed that in a big way.”

“Rick has transformed Wang’s into a warm, beautiful space again” said David Lane, Wang’s General Manager. “The response has been overwhelmingly positive and now we are excited to host the reception where pets will be adopted, volunteers will sign up, and art will be sold to generate much needed funding.” As in past events 20% of all dinner proceeds on the night of the event will be donated directly these two important local causes.”
